The Simonini company was established in the mid-1960s by Vittorio Simonini, who together with his wife Angela and later their children Roberta and Alberto still carry on their business in the pleasant hills of Langhiranesi overlooking the Valparma, in the small, fairy-tale village of Castrignano.
