Borgolab is a food laboratory based in Borgo Val di Taro, specializing in the selection and preparation of porcini mushrooms. It is an authorized collection centre for the Borgotaro PGI Mushroom and offers fresh, dried and preserved porcini, together with creams, sauces and other preserves. The company helps promote one of the Upper Taro Valley's most distinctive products through preparations inspired by the area's gastronomic traditions.
