Mattioli 1885 is a historic company based in Fidenza, with a tradition that began in 1885 and today brings together publishing, printing and communication. Over more than a century, the company has evolved alongside new printing technologies and changes in the publishing industry while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Mattioli 1885 Publishing House is an independent Italian publisher with a catalogue of more than 600 titles. Its publications range from contemporary fiction and classics to non-fiction, with particular attention to Anglo-American literature and new translations of major international works.

The company also operates in the printing sector through its Print/IML division, specialising in labels for injection mould labeling, a technology in which the label becomes an integral part of the finished product.

Fidenza is also home to CartaBianca, Mattioli 1885's museum and bookshop, a space dedicated to the history of printing, books and publishing, where visitors can discover how a book develops from the original idea to the finished publication.
