Four weekends, four villages, one great protagonist: pork and the authentic flavors of the Bassa Parmense, between culatello, giant salumi, markets, music and tradition.
The “tastiest relay in Italy” returns along the River Po — a journey through culinary excellence, conviviality and historic villages in the province of Parma.
The 2025 edition of November Porc brings life throughout November to Sissa, Polesine Parmense, Zibello and Roccabianca, with tastings, giant dishes, local producers, cooking shows, masterclasses, live music and family activities.
November Porc 2025 Schedule
Sissa – “Flavors of the Pig”
The relay kicks off here: local food markets, traditional dishes, live butchering demonstrations and the legendary giant “Mariolone” salami.
2nd StagePolesine Parmense – “We’ll Cook Priests and Bishops for You”
Celebrating cooked meats and hearty stews in a cozy riverside setting, with heated tents, live music and rustic recipes from the Parma countryside.
3rd StageZibello – Land of Culatello
In the homeland of Culatello di Zibello PDO, enjoy tastings, gourmet markets, traditional dishes and events celebrating the cuisine of the Bassa.
4th StageRoccabianca – Grand Finale
The grand finale with giant salumi, hot dishes, markets, live music and festivities under the medieval castle — a delicious goodbye to November Porc!
What Is November Porc?
November Porc is a major food festival in northern Italy, celebrating pork traditions and typical products of the Bassa Parmense: Culatello, Mariola, Strolghino, Salami, Spalla Cotta and Cruda, Ciccioli, fried dough and much more. Each weekend offers:
- Heated dining tents with themed menus;
- Markets featuring local producers and food artisans;
- Live music, shows and entertainment for all ages;
- Cultural events, guided tastings and cooking demos;
- Dedicated spaces and facilities for campers and tour groups.

How to Get There
The four villages are easily reachable from Parma and other northern Italian cities:
- By car: take the Parma, Fidenza or Terre di Canossa motorway exits, then follow signs to the Bassa Parmense.
- By train + bus: trains to Parma or Fidenza, then regional buses to Sissa Trecasali, Polesine Zibello and Roccabianca.
- By camper: parking areas and camper facilities are available in all host towns during the festival.
